Returns and exchanges from major retailers, plus buy-online-pickup-in-store (BOPIS) orders. Furniture and high-value items will be supported in a later phase.
Atlanta first. We'll expand zip code by zip code across the metro area. Other cities will follow once we've earned the right to scale.
Every item is fully insured for its full retail value the moment we take possession of it. Every pickup is also recorded end-to-end on driver and vehicle cameras, so there's a complete record of your package from your doorstep to the retailer.
