Common questions.

How does the return work at the store?
We walk into the store's customer service with your item and receipt. For online orders, we provide the order number. For credit card purchases, we present the receipt and the store refunds it to your card without you being there. Our runner photographs the refund receipt as proof.
How does the Store Delivery work?
Store Delivery is $30 per trip (or unlimited with Retour Unlimited). Buy your item online from any retailer and select Store Pickup at checkout. Once your order is confirmed ready, share the order confirmation with us — store name, order number, and pickup name. Our runner picks it up and delivers it to your door same day. Most retailers (Target, Best Buy, Nike, Nordstrom, Walmart, etc.) let you authorize someone else for pickup. Retail products only — no food, groceries, or restaurant orders. Furniture delivery coming soon.
What does Retour Unlimited include?
Everything. Unlimited returns, unlimited exchanges, and unlimited same-day store deliveries. Your info and payment stays on file so every request is seamless. First 1,000 subscribers get the founding member rate of $75/month (regular price $150). Cancel anytime.
How do you keep my items safe?
Every pickup uses a 4-digit verification code — the runner can't take your item without it. Your items ride in company-owned vehicles with enclosed, secure cargo areas. Every runner is background-checked and professionally trained. Items are insured by our commercial cargo insurance from pickup to store. And you get timestamped photo proof at every step.
Can I return multiple items in one pickup?
Yes! Single Return, Exchange, and Delivery cover up to 3 items per trip (+$10 each extra). Unlimited covers up to 5 items per trip (+$5 each extra). Items can be from different retailers.
What if the store won't accept the return?
If the store declines the return (outside return window, worn, no tags, etc.), the original $30 service fee is non-refundable and a $30 return trip fee applies for the runner to bring the item back to you. That means a rejected return costs $60 total. To avoid this, please make sure your items have original tags, are unworn/unused, and are within the retailer's return window before scheduling.
Which retailers do you support?
Any retailer with a physical store in Atlanta Metro. Nike, Nordstrom, Saks, Zara, H&M, Target, Sephora, Ulta, Lululemon, Best Buy, and many more. If they have a return counter, we can handle it.
How fast will I get my refund?
Refunds process immediately at the counter. Most appear in 1-5 business days — much faster than 7-14 days shipping it back by mail.
Do you deliver food or groceries?
No. Retour is for retail store products only — clothing, shoes, electronics, beauty, home goods, etc. For food and groceries, we recommend DoorDash or Instacart.
Do you handle furniture returns or deliveries?
Not yet — but it's coming! Furniture delivery and returns are launching Q3 2026. Our cargo fleet is being built specifically to handle large items like couches, tables, dressers, and more. Stay tuned.
How do I pay?
Stripe (all cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay), Venmo (@RetourATL), or Zelle.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel anytime, no contract. Your service stays active until the end of your billing cycle. If you're a founding member and cancel, you may lose your $75/month rate when you resubscribe.
