Buy your item online with Store Pickup selected, share your order confirmation with us, and our runner picks it up and delivers it to your door same day. Works with any retailer offering Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS). Retail products only — no food or groceries.

Every pickup requires a unique 4-digit code. Your runner must enter it before taking any item. No code, no handoff. Patent pending technology.
Your runner photographs the pickup, the store receipt, and the refund confirmation. Every photo is timestamped and sent directly to you.
Every Retour runner is background-checked, professionally trained, and driving a company vehicle. We know exactly who's at your door.
Your items ride in Retour-branded cargo vehicles with secure, enclosed cargo areas. Packages stay safe and protected from pickup to store.
Your items are covered by our commercial cargo and bailee's liability insurance from the moment our runner picks them up until the return is processed at the store.

How It Works
Fill out the form with your details, upload a receipt or proof of purchase, and pick your preferred time window.
A background-checked Retour runner arrives in a company vehicle. Hand off the item with your 4-digit verification code, and you're done.
We handle the return, exchange, or delivery and send you timestamped photo proof. Refunds process immediately at the counter.
Pricing
All plans include same-day service, photo verification, insured items, and 4-digit security codes.
Do the math: Most members use Retour 4–6 times per month. At $30 per return, that's $120–$180 in returns alone — plus unlimited store deliveries. You save $45–$105 every month at the founding member price.
The first 1,000 subscribers lock in Retour Unlimited at $75/month — half the regular price of $150. This rate stays yours as long as you're subscribed. Once 1,000 spots are filled, price goes to $150.

⚠️ Return Conditions & Surcharge Policy: Items must have original tags, be unworn/unused, within the retailer's return window, and have a valid receipt. If the store rejects the return, the $30 service fee is non-refundable and a $30 return trip fee applies to bring the item back to you. Please double-check your items are eligible before scheduling.
